When the day heats up the shady deck beckons, alternatively the north facing courtyard provides warmth and shelter when needed. BBQ’s under the trees in the frenced yard will please everyone. “Summer Place” has been planned with families in mind and has an open design for all activities, yet allows you to escape to your own personal quiet space. The three bedroom layout makes this home ideal for the family (or two) or to bring along friends. In a quiet location with ample off street parking and a double garage you have room for your boat. Local boat ramps (five minutes away) provide access to the Crookhaven River and to the open sea.

Casual and luxurious at the same time, you can relax and enjoy the sound of the waves on the beach at your back door. The perfect location for your next break away. Responsible pet owners are welcome to bring their outdoor pets.
