There is lots of natural light creating a relaxing and airy atmosphere and plenty of opportunity to breathe in the fresh sea air. The 3 large bedrooms are equipped to sleep 8 adults with lots of room to move.

Living Areas

Upstairs, the open plan living areas are equipped with dining table, lounges and a day bed that will truly enable you to relax in your home away from home. You may even feed the birds and watch a lovely array of Aust bush birds visit throughout the day.

Downstairs, a table setting, lounges, TV, DVD Home Theatre, Video and Stereo , along with a selection of games, books and videos and available for your enjoyment.

Kitchen

The modern kitchen is equipped with all your cooking and dining needs, with everything from a Microwave & Dishwasher to a Expresso Machine to allow you to cook up your favourite cuisine while enjoying the lake views.

Bedrooms

The main bedroom has stunning lake views and contains a Queen Bed with parents retreat. Bedroom 2 contains two bunk beds. Bedroom 3 contains a queen bed. All bedrooms are also equipped with a built in wardrobe for your convenience.

Bathrooms

There are 2 full bathrooms and a convenient outhouse out the back. The main bathroom also contains a spa bath.

Laundry

Internal laundry includes a washing machine and dryer.

Outdoor Entertaining Area

In addition to the sun drenched front porch, a Gas BBQ and covered entertainment area are provided for those lazy dinners cooking the catch of the day, or for you to relax in while the children play in the fully fenced back yard. It is also perfect for drying your wet beach gear.

Backyard

The fully fenced level backyard with double gate access is the perfect place to securely park your Trailer or Boat off the street, and for the children to play in a safe environment.

Young Children

A Portable Cot, Highchair and Safety Bed Rail are available for the use of young children.
